Who We Serve
We provide leadership coaching, Facilitation of workshops, and consultation services to individuals and organizations. Our services are professional guidance — not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic services.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems, or copy, scrape, or reproduce any content without permission. We may modify or discontinue website features at any time.
Coaching consulting & facilitation Services
Our coaching, consulting and facilitation services support decision-making, leadership development, and operational clarity. We offer one-on-one coaching, group programs, and program facilitation. You understand that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and consultation services are not legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes depend on your commitment and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results.
Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through our scheduling tool or by direct contact. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due at booking or invoicing and are listed in USD. Late payments may pause services. All sales are final. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice. Recurring or retainer billing follows the engagement agreement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
For coaching or consultation sessions, less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture and no-shows are non-refundable. We may reschedule when necessary. Facilitation cancellation follow the service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including frameworks, tools, templates, and materials shared during services — is owned by SystemWise Leadership unless otherwise noted. You may copy, distribute, or reuse materials as long as you provide appropriate citation & credits.
Confidentiality
Information submitted through contact forms or for scheduling discovery calls should not contain sensitive or confidential details unless a formal engagement has been established. We maintain confidentiality except when required by law, there is a risk of harm, or you provide written permission. You agree to protect any proprietary information we share with you.
No Guarantees
We provide high-quality professional services, but outcomes depend on your actions and circumstances. We make no guarantee that the Services will produce specific results, or be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SystemWise Leadership shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or Services.
