How We Store & Protect Information

We use secure platforms: Docusign, Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and payment processors Stripe & IvyPay. While we apply reasonable security measures, no system is completely risk-free.

As we operate in the U.S. and use Google Workspace, your data may be transferred outside the EU/UK. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Google’s GDPR-compliant terms, and industry-standard security practices.

Sharing Your Information

We share information only when necessary with:

  • Service providers (payment, scheduling, hosting).

  • Cloud platforms (Google Workspace).

  • Professional advisors such as accountants, legal counsel, or other professional advisors, where necessary for business, tax, or legal reasons.

  • Legal authorities when required.

Service providers are expected to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and only for the purposes of providing services to us. If we ever engage in a business reorganization (such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale), personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

In accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics, we keep all client information confidential, including:

  • Written materials.

  • Digital communications.

  • Observations or assessments.

Confidentiality applies whether the client is an individual, team, or organization.

Payments

Payments for services are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card information. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.​
